Power Platform AI Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Power Platform AI Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Azure AI Services to create scalable, low-code solutions that automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to build secure, enterprise-grade applications, intelligent workflows, AI-powered chatbots, and analytics solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud integration, and modern application development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps).
• Build intelligent workflow automation solutions using Power Automate.
• Develop AI-powered business solutions utilizing AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Create conversational AI assistants and enterprise chatbots integrated with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
• Design and maintain secure Microsoft Dataverse data models.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party REST APIs.
• Develop reusable custom connectors, plugins, and Power Fx formulas.
• Implement role-based security, governance, compliance, and data protection policies.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide application maintenance and enhancements.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives.
• Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates, Copilot innovations, and AI best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services and enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience implementing secure, scalable enterprise applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
