Senior Penetration Tester & Red Team Operator

About the opportunity

Execute adversarial adversary simulations, bypass modern EDR defenses, and assess Fortune 100 enterprise environments.

What you will do

• check_circle Execute full-scope red team engagements, physical assessments, and complex social engineering simulations.
• check_circle Develop custom evasion tooling, shellcode loaders, and C2 infrastructure that bypass endpoint detection mechanisms.
• check_circle Perform vulnerability assessments on AWS, Azure, and GCP hybrid cloud environments.
• check_circle Deliver executive-level debriefs and actionable remediation blueprints to client CISOs and security teams.

What we are looking for

• arrow_circle_right 5+ years experience in professional offensive security, red teaming, and penetration testing.
• arrow_circle_right Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, or CRTO strongly preferred.
• arrow_circle_right Demonstrated proficiency with Cobalt Strike, Mythic, Burp Suite Pro, Python, Go, and PowerShell.
• arrow_circle_right Deep understanding of Windows internals, Kerberos authentication attacks, and Active Directory exploitation.
