Senior Data Scientist, AI & Machine Learning

About the opportunity

Lead advanced data science and AI initiatives, developing machine learning solutions, predictive models, and intelligent data products that drive high-impact business decisions.

What you will do

• check_circle Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and predictive analytics models for complex business problems.
• check_circle Build and optimize end-to-end data science pipelines covering data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
• check_circle Develop AI and machine learning solutions using Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and modern ML frameworks.
• check_circle Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into measurable data-driven solutions.
• check_circle Lead experimentation, model validation, A/B testing, and performance optimization for production machine learning systems.
• check_circle Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists while establishing best practices for model development and documentation.
• check_circle Research emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and large language models, and evaluate their practical business applications.

What we are looking for

• arrow_circle_right 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a closely related field.
• arrow_circle_right Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL with strong experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.
• arrow_circle_right Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• arrow_circle_right Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, model evaluation, experimentation, and statistical methods.
• arrow_circle_right Experience working with cloud data and AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• arrow_circle_right Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
