About the opportunity

Build deep recommendation and ranking models powering Prime Video homepage and search discovery.

What you will do

• check_circle Train two-tower candidate generation models and transformer-based sequential recommenders.
• check_circle Implement real-time feature transformations with low latency using AWS ElastiCache and SageMaker.
• check_circle Evaluate recommendation diversity, novelty, and retention impact via rigorous online experimentation.
• check_circle Continuously iterate on loss functions balancing long-term engagement with cold-start title discovery.

What we are looking for

• arrow_circle_right 3+ years experience building recommendation or information retrieval ML models.
• arrow_circle_right Proficiency with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, SQL, and AWS services.
• arrow_circle_right Deep grasp of collaborative filtering, metric learning, and offline evaluation protocols.
