About the opportunity

Design multi-agent orchestration frameworks and Copilot studio integrations on Azure OpenAI Service.

Microsoft is looking for an Enterprise AI Agent Architect to join Azure AI. You will design autonomous agent ecosystems using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and Azure OpenAI, enabling enterprises to automate complex multi-system business operations with full enterprise security and compliance.

task Core Responsibilities

What you will do

check_circle Architect multi-agent collaboration patterns (hierarchical and peer-to-peer) using Microsoft AutoGen and Semantic Kernel.
check_circle Implement enterprise data connectors bridging agent tools with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 Graph APIs.
check_circle Design deterministic evaluation pipelines scoring agent task completion accuracy and groundedness.
check_circle Enforce Azure AI Content Safety filters and role-based access control (RBAC) across agent memories.

What we are looking for

arrow_circle_right 5+ years software engineering experience with strong focus on C# / .NET or Python.
arrow_circle_right Demonstrated experience building multi-agent systems with AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LangGraph.
arrow_circle_right Solid understanding of Azure OpenAI Service, enterprise identity (Entra ID), and microservices architecture.
