About the opportunity

Develop intelligent copilots, custom enterprise bots, and Azure OpenAI workflows for enterprise customers.

Microsoft is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join our Azure AI engineering ecosystem. You will architect custom AI solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI Service, Semantic Kernel, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will help organizations safely integrate generative AI into daily enterprise workflows.

Key Focus Areas:
• Multi-agent workflows with Semantic Kernel and LangChain.
• Cognitive Search integration with hybrid semantic reranking.
• Prompt safety, content filtering, and enterprise security guardrails.
• Building plug-and-play integrations with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.

task Core Responsibilities

What you will do

check_circle Build custom copilot agents and multi-turn conversational bots with Azure OpenAI.
check_circle Implement enterprise search and retrieval over private corporate knowledge bases.
check_circle Ensure data privacy, prompt security, and responsible AI guardrails are properly configured.
check_circle Document reference architectures and conduct technical workshops for developer partners.
