American Tech Global LLC is seeking a motivated AI Project Manager to coordinate projects involving Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and business intelligence. The successful candidate will collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with business objectives. This remote US-based role is suitable for professionals with project coordination experience and a strong foundation in AI technologies. Candidates completing a Data Science and AI program may be considered if they demonstrate relevant practical projects, leadership potential, and strong communication skills. The role provides opportunities to develop expertise in AI project delivery, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and intelligent automation.
task Core Responsibilities

What you will do

  • check_circle Coordinate AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI projects from planning through delivery.
  • check_circle Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics with technical teams.
  • check_circle Coordinate data scientists, AI engineers, developers, and business analysts to support timely project completion.
  • check_circle Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items using Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
  • check_circle Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • check_circle Prepare project reports and performance dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • check_circle Support project documentation, data governance, responsible AI practices, and continuous process improvement.

What we are looking for
