Join Microsoft's AI product organization as an AI Product Manager specializing in Agentic AI. Drive the strategy, development, and launch of intelligent AI-powered products, autonomous agents, and next-generation enterprise solutions.

Microsoft is seeking an AI Product Manager with expertise in Agentic AI to help shape the next generation of intelligent products and enterprise AI experiences. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to define product vision, identify market opportunities, and deliver AI-powered solutions. You will oversee the product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap planning to development, testing, launch, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate understands generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent workflows. You should be comfortable translating complex AI capabilities into practical business applications, defining measurable product outcomes, and managing cross-functional stakeholders. task Core Responsibilities

What you will do

check_circle Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered applications, autonomous AI agents, and enterprise Agentic AI solutions.
check_circle Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop products using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent architectures.
check_circle Identify customer needs, analyze market trends, and translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, and measurable KPIs.
check_circle Lead the end-to-end AI product development lifecycle, including discovery, prototyping, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
check_circle Evaluate AI agent performance, reliability, latency, cost efficiency, and user experience through experimentation and product analytics.
check_circle Coordinate with UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and responsible AI product experiences.
check_circle Monitor emerging Agentic AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve automation, productivity, and enterprise workflows.

What we are looking for

arrow_circle_right 2+ years of experience in product management, technology consulting, business analysis, or AI-related product development.
arrow_circle_right Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
arrow_circle_right Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and concepts such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
arrow_circle_right Experience creating product roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product performance metrics.
