Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. In this role, you will build AI copilots, intelligent chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI agents, and enterprise automation solutions that enhance productivity and customer experiences.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Cloud Engineers to develop secure, scalable, and production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
• Build AI-powered copilots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI solutions.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Fine-tune and customize Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.
• Design and optimize prompts to improve model accuracy, consistency, and user experience.
• Develop AI agents capable of automating business workflows and decision-making processes.
• Integrate AI models with APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud services.
• Build scalable inference pipelines for high-performance AI applications.
• Evaluate model performance using automated testing and benchmarking frameworks.
• Monitor AI applications in production, troubleshoot issues, and optimize latency and cost.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to prepare and manage datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Implement AI security, governance, and responsible AI best practices.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, multimodal AI, and open-source AI frameworks.
• Document solution architecture, model behavior, and technical implementation details.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI or LLM-based applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience deploying AI solutions to production environments.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
