Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen the organization’s security posture and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple cybersecurity programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive the successful delivery of strategic security projects.

This role requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, cloud security, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity programs from planning through execution.
• Develop and manage cybersecurity roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with Security Operations, Cloud Security, Infrastructure, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
• Track program progress using KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Manage cybersecurity governance and strategic initiatives.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, CIS Controls, and PCI DSS.
• Support regulatory requirements including GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and other applicable standards.
• Oversee third-party security assessments and vendor risk management.
• Lead security awareness and organizational change management initiatives.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align cybersecurity priorities with organizational goals.
• Manage incident readiness, resilience, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audit preparation and remediation efforts.
• Drive adoption of Zero Trust, cloud security, and AI security governance programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT.
• 4+ years of experience managing cybersecurity programs or large-scale security projects.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and SOC 2.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
• Experience working with Security Operations Centers (SOC), Incident Response, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Vulnerability Management teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
